About EPC 100
About EPC 100
Founded in early 1996, the East Polk Committee of 100 brought together a coalition for economic development among the cities, communities and chambers located in the eastern half of Polk County. This coalition established a one voice greater than any individual city or chamber.
This united voice serves to advocate East Polk’s interests related to quality and smart growth, attract high-skill, high-wage businesses, assist current business expansion and legislative influence. Recognizing this collective strength, the 12 cities in Polk County’s east side established the East Polk County Committee of 100, Inc. (EPC100).
The EPC 100 works closely with the Central Florida Development Council (CFDC) providing recruitment support to locate new businesses in east polk county communities.
